Azura Cleanout Gum is ready-to-use neutral water based gum for Azura TS & Azura TU Thermofuse plates.

The non image areas of an Azura plate are easily removed by application of the gum and the use of simple brush rollers. This is a PHYSICAL PROCESS, as opposed to the conventional wet chemical process for “traditional” digital plates. The gum has a dual role: washing the non image areas away and protecting the grained and anodized aluminium.

    • Cleanout Gum works under Plateroom temperature; No temperature settings required
    • Consistent performance throughout the bath life; Zero plate failure
    • Negligible or no sludge; Longer bath life
    • Clean the cleanout unit with water.
    • Keep cleanout unit lids closed during usage.
    • Storage & Handling : Protect from heat & direct sunlight. Store at moderate temperature (below 35oC) in a dry, well-ventilated area. Keep containers tightly closed. Use of hand gloves is recommended.
    • Shelf-life : 12 months from the date of manufacture.
    • Packing : 20 Ltr.
    • Caution : Use of hand gloves and goggles recommended. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Read MSDS before using this product.
