Preparation before Use
● Take a greaser free container / tank
● Pour CardiKleen Ultra in the tank
● Place the circulation pump in the tank and the system is ready for use

● Storage & Handling : Protect from direct sunlight and all sources of heat. Store at
moderate temperature in a dry, well-ventilated area.
Keep containers tightly closed; when not in use.

Usage Instructions
● Place the gear case soiled with cardium in a tank filled with CardiKleen
● Ensure that the gear case is completely dipped in the solution
● Circulate the solution with the help of a pump for the timings as mentioned below depending on the ambient temperature

● The cardium compound (4 inch thick) is completely dissolved in the solution with above timing
● In case of lower gear case, the “lid” of cardium loading must be kept open for effective circulation
● At lower ambient temperature, heating the solution to a maximum of 30°C will reduce the time needed for cleaning of the cardium
● Let the gear case remain in this solution soaked for 24 hours
● After the recommended time, remove the gear case from the tank
● Clean the gear case with duster
