Cold Screen Printing Table Adhesive (Phthalate, Metal free & Environment Friendly)

NeoBond PSW 1111 is palate gum which is used in screen printing application for fixing cloth (Cotton, Nylon, Polyester & other types) on wooden table/platform. Can be used as it is or after dilution. The application is done by rubbing glue on printing table by squeegee & drying it by hand dryer /machine heater.

  • Appearance : Milky white emulsion
  • Film            : Forms a continous and transparent film on palate
  • pH               : 5.0 + 1.0
    • Good machinability and works well under varying climatic conditions
    •  High tack still no adhesive transfer on cloth
    •  High strength adhesive which resist cloth to change position on its own/fall off while printing is in process
    •  Easy to clean
    •  Good Solubility in water
    • NeoBond PSW 1111 is palate gum which is used in screen printing application for fixing cloth (Cotton, Nylon, Polyester & other types) on wooden table/platform.
    • Can be used as it is or after dilution.
    • The application is done by rubbing glue on printing table by squeegee & drying it by hand dryer /machine heater.
    • Storage & Handling: Store in its original packing, avoid storage under high temperature conditions. Recommended storage temperature is 10~35oC. Stir well before use. Follow FIFO to ensure old stocks are used first.
    • Shelf life: 6 months from the date of packing
    • Packing: 50kg drum
    • Caution: NeoBond PSW 1111 series are non–toxic, non–hazardous and non–flammable in nature under normal use. Ensure that the work area is properly ventilated. Wearing of Personal protective equipment’s (PPE) is recommended.
