Wet Lamination Adhesive for films to paper/board - BOPP, PVC

Wet Lamination adhesive for lamination of films like BOPP, PVC etc. to Paper / Duplex Board. 

  • Appearance: Milky white semi viscous fluid
  • Film: Forms a tacky flexible and continuous Film on Paper
  • pH: 6.0 ±1.0
    • Good machinability under varying climatic conditions.
    • Odorless, quick drying, wrinkle free and product even if aged at 70-80 °C.
    • Products perform well under ambient conditions of humidity and temperature.                           
    • Superior bond, gives paper tear or ink transfers on delamination
    • Wet Lamination of films like BOPP, PVC etc. to Paper/Duplex Board for semi-automatic machines
    • Storage & Handling: Store in original air tight containers at temperaturesbetween 10oC-35oC. Stir well before use. Rotate stocks on FIFO basis
    • Shelf-life: 6 months from the date of manufacturing
    • Packing: 50 kg drum
    • Caution: NeoBond WLM 2530 is non–toxic, non-hazardous and non- flammable under normal conditions of use. Splashes in the eyes should be immediately washed with plenty of water. Spillage in work place and on clothes should be immediately washed with water. Proper ventilation should be provided in work area.
