FOGRA & Baldwin approved water miscible press wash

Artemas Wash 80 is a FOGRA approved, aliphatic hydrocarbon based, water miscible press wash.

    • Designed for use with automatic wash-up devices
    • Suitable for universal application; washes rubber rollers, blankets, dampers and metal surfaces
    • Corrosion inhibited; conforms to warranty requirements
    • Plate-safe; completely safe for use with unbaked analogue and digital plates
    • Dearomatised; minimized possibility of skin and eye irritation; low odour; optimum roller and blanket life
    • Flash point of > 80oC; low hazard rating; improved safety in use and storage
    • Automatic washing systems : Follow the instructions of the hardware supplier
    • Storage & Handling : Protect from direct sunlight. Store at moderate temperature in a dry, well-ventilated area. Keep the containers tightly closed when not in use. The use of hand gloves is recommended while handling petroleum hydrocarbon based press washes.
    • Shelf-life : 12 months from the date of manufacture
    • Packing : 20 & 210 litres
    • Precautions : Keep away from source of heat, sparks, open flame and static electric charges. Post wash-up application of plain water is recommended as a finishing step for complete removal of the residue. Unattended built-up of residue over a prolonged duration could cause ink transfer problems.
