Unifin is a high-quality, general-purpose plate finisher and desensitiser, suitable for use with all plate types, including all digital plates.

    • Suitable for use on all types of plates.
    • Good desensitising properties.
    • Protects the background from finger-marking and scuffing during handling.
    • Can be used for storage of uninked plates for up to 1 month.
    • Suitable for processor as well as hand application.
    • Protected against bacterial spoilage by a broad-spectrum biocide.
    • For hand application : After development, wash the plate with water, squeeze and apply the finisher at the approximate rate of 50 ml / m2. Buff down with a clean lint-free cloth to a thin, even film and dry.
    • For processor application : Fill the processor gum section with full strength Unifin as described in the processor instruction manual. Unifin diluted with water should be used as replenishment, with the objective of maintaining the working solution in the specific gravity range 1.065 - 1.075. Under extreme conditions, the dilution may be altered suitably to combat excessive increase in viscosity.
    • Storage & Handling : Store at moderate temperatures in a dry, well-ventilated area. Protect from light including direct sunlight. Keep the containers tightly closed when not in use.
    • Shelf-life : 12 months from the date of manufacture.
    • Packing : 5 litres.
    • Precautions : Avoid skin and eye contact.
