AquaShield 306 is a fast-drying water-based extra matte coating with neutral finish and excellent press stability. It is also suitable for food packaging and can be used in combination with low migration inks. AquaShield 306 exhibits very good rub and scratch resistance combined with a smooth finish.

AquaShield 307 is a specialized water-based primer suitable for application on metallised substrates to improve adhesion of subsequent printing and/or coating. Trials must be conducted to find the suitability of primer with the metallised substrate to be used. AquaShield 307 is not suitable as a top coat.

AquaShield 308 is a heat sealable water-based coating suitable to produce ready to use blister cards. A single coat 5-7 g/m2 is sufficient to give a good blister sealing coat. AquaShield 308 is suitable for most common blister films i.e. PVC, PET/A, and PET/G. Specially selected boards suitable for water-based blister coating must be used. AquaShield 308 seals at an interface temperature of 100°C to 180°C depending on the blister film used.

AquaShield 501 DG is a water-based coating suitable for offline priming application before use on HP Indigo 5000 series machines. The product offers excellent adhesion of Digital printing Inks on non-absorbent substrates and exhibits improvement in ink receptivity, rub resistance and image quality.

AquaShield 501 DG6K is a water-based primer coating suitable for application through inline priming unit on a digital press for subsequent overprinting with digital inks on varied substrates.

AquaShield 504 is a water base high gloss coating suitable for single side applications. The coated material has good water resistance and rub resistance, also suitable for work requiring subsequent UV varnishing. Tests should be conducted with specific UV lacquer to be used.

AquaSheild 505 is a fast-drying water-based matte coating with excellent press stability. It is also suitable for inline as well as offline applications. AquaShield 505 exhibits medium rub and scratch resistance combined with a smooth finish.

AquaShield 911 is an aqueous coating suitable for applications where the substrate requires priming before overprinting by UV Inks/varnishes. The product exhibits good gloss with excellent priming characteristics. 

AquaShield 913 is an aqueous coating suitable for end use applications where high scuff resistance is required such as transit packaging / FMCG or pharma cartons. The coated material exhibits good slip and excellent rub resistance.

AquaShield 9131 is a fast-drying aqueous coating suitable for applications where very high rub resistance is required. The product exhibits excellent gloss and good slip properties.

AquaShield 914 is an aqueous coating suitable for applications where high gloss finish is a requirement. The coated material exhibits excellent gloss, good slip & rub resistance.

AquaShield 9151 is a fast-drying aqueous matte coating. The product exhibits medium rub and block resistance combined with a smooth finish.
